FAA Drone License: Part 107 Test Prep (Updates)

In this article, we'll be talking about the new updates to our Part 107 Test Prep Course, as well as the launch of our Recurrent Knowledge Course.

Since August 29th, 2016 the rules and regulations surrounding commercial drone use have changed rapidly. We originally launched our Part 107 Test Prep Course with the goal of educating drone operators on the process of becoming a Remote Pilot in Command.

We're constantly updating our curriculum, including new ways to study the material needed to pass the exam. In addition, we want to make sure you're working smart, so we've created module flashcards that you can use to test your knowledge of each chapter.

3 Benefits of Flashcards

Active Recall: When you look at the front side of a flashcard and think of the answer, you're engaging a part of your brain known as active recall. In other words, you're attempting to remember the concept from scratch rather than simply staring at the passage in your textbook or recognizing it on a multiple-choice quiz.

Metacognition: As you reveal the answer to the flashcard, you're assessing your correctness or essentially asking yourself, "How did my answer compare to this one?". This is a form of self-reflection known as metacognition.
